Your Wish is Granted

In this game, one person makes a wish, and the next poster corrupts somehow then makes their own wish. For example:

1st poster: "I wish I had millions of dollars!"
2nd poster: "Granted, but your income taxes go through the roof! I wish for a pizza!"

You get the idea. Well, I'll start off this thread.

I wish I had nachos!

Granted, but your nachos were pointy and you died of internal bleeding. I wish you were alive.

Granted, but I get hit by a car as I revive. I wish the new Star Wars movies will come out soon.

Granted, but they will have all new writers and directors. I wish for world peace

@plmka's Star Wars comment if that happened, the movies would actually be good.

Granted, but one country gets a hold of nukes and destroys the earth. I wish I had a sandwich.

Granted, but it was made with mustard. I wish for a hot pocket with some root beer.

Granted, but the root beer wasn't fizzy and the hot pocket had coldspots. i wish that i will never become very very rich (i have them this time...hehehe)

Granted, and you do become rich, but the money you get later is fake money. Also, the bank thinks the money is real, so they tax you for income.

I wish I had an X-Box 360.

You get it, but it gets a Red Ring of Death within the first two months of owning it.

Granted, but after some over-energetic bedroom activity on honeymoon you accidentally snap her and spend the rest of your life atoning for neglecting to give the poor girl less sausage and more chips. Ahem.

I wish I could pass a CCNA.

You do, but Cisco goes bankrupt and you have to move to America to work at McDonalds.

Granted, but then you get upset cos your dad won't ever let you do anything, and gets a lobster a fraction of your size to babysit you. That works about as well as anyone could have guessed it would and next thing you're selling your soul and your voice to a big fat witch in exchange for a pair of legs so that you can go up on land and marry a human... and we'll have the unfluffy Hans Christian Andersen version where you are spurned and dissolve.

I wish I didn't feel quite so horrible about dissolving you when I've only been on this messageboard, what, fifteen minutes?

Granted, but you feel so innocent, you tell people about it. Then you get arrested.


I wish for decoriative glass grapes

Granted, but you try to eat them and subsequently die.

I wish I could think of something to wish for.

Granted, but then, because of this game you become so perplexed thinking about the potential ramifications of your wish that you are scared into inactivity and spend three weeks staring at the wall before the nice men from the hospital come to take you away.

I wish I could do something with my hair. It is a mess and refusing to co-operate.

Granted, but then you go so crazy with your hair, trying to get it straight that you pull it out in anger, and it never grows back.

I wish my computer didn't have a stupid virus on it somewhere!

Granted, but the virus goes to school, isn't stupid any more, and comes back to your computer!

Granted, but the Death Star comes along and blows you up cos youve got a stupid princess who has a home on you and she wont tell them where these rebel guys are.

Granted, but then death has to replace John Lennon with another person in the AFterlife, and you turn out to be that person.


I wish there was some more cheese in the fridge.

Granted! 11 tons. cheese on the floor, walls, through the roof, your house is ruined, and is now considered a biohazard.
